Youtility is the customer-facing brand of Youtility Power LLC. This policy explains how we handle information you provide through this website, chat, inquiries, appointment requests, and service requests.

We use this information to respond to you, assess your request, schedule and confirm appointments, provide customer support, and deliver requested services. We use a phone number for promotional texts only when you separately choose that permission. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry alone does not grant SMS marketing permission.

Contracted CRM, messaging, scheduling, and hosting providers may process information for us to operate the website, manage customer requests, schedule appointments, and deliver messaging and support.
