Youtility is the customer-facing brand of Youtility Power LLC. This website lets you inquire about solar assessments, maintenance, repair, batteries, and installations, and request a consultation or service.

Website and service information

Website content is general information. A website inquiry or appointment request does not guarantee savings, diagnose equipment, establish warranty eligibility, approve financing, or determine incentive eligibility. Any purchase, pricing, warranty, service obligation, or other service commitment is governed by the applicable written agreement with Youtility Power LLC.

SMS program

If you separately agree to informational texts, Youtility may send automated messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and requested service updates. We may use automated messaging and AI-assisted scheduling. Promotional texts about solar services, maintenance plans, batteries, offers, and discounts require a separate marketing permission. SMS permission is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any Youtility text to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also reach us at order@youtility.us or (385) 481-7999. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

After opting out, contact us if you want to enroll again. We will ask for fresh permission and provide instructions before sending further texts. A new inquiry or a phone number alone does not re-enroll you.
